Light, flaky authentic frozen Pain aux Raisins.

Oven bake. Spread out on a baking tray and leave to defrost and ‘prove’ overnight at room temperature. Egg wash, and bake in an oven at 180oc/350oF/Gas Mark 4 until golden brown (approximately 18 minutes).
