Frozen Croissant (each)
Light, flaky, all-butter frozen authentic croissants.
Wheat Flour, Water, Butter (Milk) (22%), Sugar, Yeast, Salt, Egg, Wheat Gluten, Emulsifier (E471, E472e), Flour Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Colouring: Carotenes E160a, (Alfa-Amylase, Xylanase), ream Powder (Milk), Deactivated Spelt Leaven, Malted Wheat Flour, Barley Malt.
Allergens: Wheat, Milk, Egg
May contain traces of nuts and sesame seeds.
Spread out on baking tray, and leave to defrost and ‘prove’ overnight at room temperature. Egg-wash and bake in the oven at 190oc/375oF/Gas Mark 5 until golden brown (approx. 8-10 minutes)
