Mendoza has a most unique soil profile. Every vineyards has patches of very rocky top soil, rich in calcium and other minerals. These small lots produce Malbec grapes of exceptional concentration with a flinty minerality. Manos Negras Malbec is sourced exclusively from the small lots of rocky, mineral rich soils.
