Starters
Home made pea and ham soup
Farmhouse liver pate with dressed leaves and melba toast
Avocado and prawns on a bed of salad leaves with boiled quail eggs

Main course
The very best in local:
Roast sliverside of Aberdeen Angus Beef or
Leg of Brewood lamb roasted with fresh rosemary and served with mint sauce
served carvery style with a selection of farm fresh vegetables

Fresh tayberry crumble with custard (berries picked here today)
Our own fresh strawberries with cream or Staffordshire Ice Cream
Our own fresh raspberries in a yogurt layer
