Farmhouse pate on a bed of salad leaves
Fan of melon with fruit coulis

Main course (served carvery style)
Aberdeen Angus roast beef from our own butchery
Our own free range leg of pork
Poached salmon
Vegetarian stuffed peppers

Desserts
Gooseberry crumble with our own gooseberries
Fresh strawberries, straight from our own fields
Sherry trifle
